Returns

Our policy is valid for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition, well-packaged, and in its original packaging.

The item must be sent back to us as soon as possible, and it is your responsibility to ensure the return reaches us within 14 days from the date you informed us of your right to cancel. The item should be well-packaged, in new condition, and in its original box.

Do not return your purchase to the sender.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain health and hygiene items, such as socks, compression socks, face masks/headgear, and compression tights, are not eligible for return unless the packaging is unopened and the product is completely unused. For example, a pack of five compression socks must be unused for the packaging to be considered unopened. These products cannot be exchanged for a different size if they have been used.

Bulk Discount

When using our bulk discount, the discount will no longer apply if one or more products are returned. This will be adjusted before we process your refund.

Example: If you buy five items and get a 20% discount, but return two items, the 20% discount no longer applies to the purchase, and the refund will be adjusted automatically before being issued.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

If approved, Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we have recieved and inspected the returned item/s.

Non-Accepted Returns

If an item is returned to us damaged, used, or in an unsuitable condition, or if the above instructions have not been followed, we will not be able to offer a refund, and we may need to send it back to you (you will be responsible for the shipping costs). Alternatively, we may reduce your refund to reflect the decrease in the item's value at our discretion.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at Support@CampersWarehouse.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are sending a return to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping option. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, including during transit. Products sent COD or with a collection fee will not be accepted by CampersWarehouse. To ensure assistance with a return, we recommend saving the receipt and tracking number in case your package is lost, as we cannot assist you with a refund without this information.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not claimed and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 29.99 EUR to cover return shipping, administrative costs, and handling. If the total purchase amount is less than 29.99 EUR, we reserve the right to retain the full amount. In cases where an unclaimed package is returned, the fee will either be deducted from the refund or invoiced separately.

Complaints

We at CampersWarehouse are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high quality products. If for any reason you need to make a complaint about a product, please follow the process below.

CampersWarehouse complies with the Consumer Sales Act and provides a three-year right of complaint to you as a private customer. As a consumer, you have a legal right to complain for up to three years from the purchase, but within a reasonable time (two months) from the discovery of a fault. Complaints can be made by contacting our customer service at CampersWarehouse.

Please be prepared to provide relevant information so that we can handle your complaint.
In the event of a complaint, CampersWarehouse is responsible for the shipping costs including any replacement delivery. Therefore, it is important to use the shipping documents sent from CampersWarehouse. If you choose to pay for the shipping and how the product is sent back to us, you are also responsible for the product until it reaches us, including during transport. The product(s) returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery will not be cancelled by Camperswarehouse.

For the product to be considered faulty, the fault must be original. An original fault is a fault that was already present when you bought or received the product.
The fault does not have to be immediately apparent. It can be an original defect even if the defect becomes apparent after some time.
The product is not considered faulty if you caused the fault yourself, for example by using it incorrectly.
