Shipping

Our processing time is 1-3 days, during which we carefully quality-check and package your items before dispatch.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation, followed by an email with delivery details when your package is on its way. If the emails don't appear in your main inbox, please check your spam or other folders.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided on our tracking pages.

We typically require 1-3 days to conduct a quality check and package your items before they are dispatched.

Once this process is complete, your order will be shipped with a trackable delivery service, with an estimated arrival time of 4-9 business days.

Products that include a separate battery or power bank require a safer shipping method, which may result in a longer delivery time of up to 10-20 business days.

Product

We accept returns on all our items. To receive a refund, simply return the product to us by post within 14 days of receiving it. Please ensure that the order number is clearly written on both the outside and inside of the package.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging. Please note, we only provide returns and refunds for physical products.

Unclaimed parcels are returned to us. For any packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and handling fees, currently set at 29.9 EUR. If the cost of the product is less than 29.9 EUR, we reserve the right to retain the full purchase amount.
